Google has released September 2026 updates for Pixel devices, fixing 110 flaws including the actively exploited cellular modem zero-day CVE-2026-58704. The permission-check bypass can enable remote, zero-click privilege escalation, and Google reports limited targeted exploitation; CISA added the CVE to its KEV catalog. The release also addresses kernel privilege-escalation flaws CVE-2026-56914 and CVE-2026-58773, along with additional issues affecting Pixel components.
